Teladoc and LifeMD have partnered with Gifthealth, Eli Lilly's pharmacy partner, to provide access to the weight-loss drug Zepbound, currently available through LillyDirect.

Teladoc Health reported a larger-than-expected financial loss in Q4, leading to a drop in their stock price. The company also provided disappointing future revenue guidance and announced an acquisition of Catapult Health.
