The FAA temporarily halted flights to several Florida airports following a SpaceX Starship testing failure, marking another mishap for the company this year.

The FAA has authorized SpaceX to conduct another test flight of its Starship rocket following an explosion during a previous flight in January.

SpaceX concluded its investigation on the Starship failure that resulted in debris falling over Turks and Caicos, identifying a harmonic response issue with the propulsion system as a cause. Modifications have been made to the design for future launches.
